Suzanne MacPherson, M.A.
Behavioral Program Manager
Suzanne has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Special Education since 2014. She has had experience working for private based ABA companies, public school districts, and a non-public school to provide support and guidance to individuals aged 2.5 to 21 years old. Her interests in the brain and understanding human behavior were deepened through higher education where she earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of California - Davis in Psychology and a Master’s degree from Arizona State University in Special Education (emphasis in ABA).
Suzanne’s philosophy and professional model focuses on using a whole-child, skill-based approach through naturalistic and play-based learning strategies. As part of the neurodivergent community herself, she understands the value of collaboration with families and specialized practitioners to provide a comprehensive treatment program focusing on autonomy and quality of life outcomes. She enjoys making learning fun and creative through continuous rapport and trust building with her clients.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys being outdoors through running, hiking, and camping. She is an avid runner that applies behavior analytic principles to her training for races. When not engaged in active activities, Suzanne likes to read and spend quality time with family and friends.
