Behavioral Program Director

Krysten is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in the field since 2017, specializing in early learners. Krysten is experienced in working with young children to build communication, play, adaptive skills, and positive peer interactions through evidence-based practices and naturalistic learning. Krysten is passionate about creating engaging, child-centered programs and leading social skills groups that support confidence, connection, and meaningful learning.

Krysten has specialized experience as a sleep specialist, supporting children and families through sleep challenges. Krysten use evidence-based behavioral strategies to address issues such as bedtime routines, night wakings, early rising, and sleep routine difficulties. Krysten utilizes a compassionate, practical approach, and she tailors to each family’s unique needs with the goal of improving sleep and daily well-being.

Krysten’s favorite part about the job is playing and teaching new skills. In her fee time Krysten enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and being outdoors.
