Chithra has been a dedicated professional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2021, with a strong focus on school-based interventions. She brings extensive experience working within classroom settings, where she supported students with diverse behavioral and educational needs, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and coached staff in implementing individualized behavior and learning strategies.

With a background in mathematics, Chithra is passionate about using data-driven and evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions and maintain high treatment fidelity. What she values most about the field is seeing the meaningful progress and growth of the individuals she supports. She also has a growing professional interest in behavioral gerontology and OBM, and she hopes to apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve the quality of life for older adults.

Outside of work, Chithra enjoys music, kayaking, attending exotic car shows, and traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest.
