Behavioral Program Director

Charles has been working in the ABA field since 2017, supporting extraordinary children and their families from ages 2–23. From his very first weeks in the field, he discovered a true passion for helping others grow and succeed. Throughout his journey, he has valued the importance of strong mentorship and professional training, especially learning from many talented and inspiring BCBAs.

What motivates Charles most is seeing positive progress and meaningful growth, no matter how small the steps may seem. Some of his favorite moments come from sharing laughter and silliness during activities, collaborating with teachers and students, and discovering just how fun and goofy adults can be too!

Outside of work, Charles enjoys playing tennis and spending time with friends and family over board games.
