Alexa Delucca, M.A., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director & Regional Director (South Bay Area)

Alexa grew up traveling the world in an Air Force family, which nurtured her adaptability and passion for connecting with people from all walks of life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Spanish from San José State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She further expanded her expertise by completing the Koegel PRT (Pivotal Response Training) Level 1 course.

Alexa has worked in the field of ABA since 2015, supporting children, teens, and young adults with a variety of developmental disabilities. She is especially passionate about helping clients build independence by strengthening their social, communication, and adaptive living skills. In addition to providing compassionate care to her clients, Alexa also supports Joyscape’s clinical team and families in the South Bay as the Regional Director for the area.

Outside of her professional work, Alexa is a proud mom to a wonderful son. She enjoys practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and traveling to new places.
