Tammy Luu, M.Ed., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Tammy stumbled upon ABA in 2017 after graduating from UC San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience and found a passion in working with autistic children and their families. She has worked with children and teens ages 2 to 17 and loves finding creative ways to play and teach. Since receiving her Masters of Education from the University of San Diego and becoming a BCBA, she has emphasized multidisciplinary collaboration and parent involvement in her work, and continues to learn how to provide families with the most effective and ethical services. She is passionate about teaching her clients to communicate and form meaningful social relationships while empowering them to be themselves. Her favorite moments include the many “firsts” that she shared with her clients, whether that was making a friend, saying a word, or an enthusiastic greeting.

In her free time, Tammy enjoys reading, crafting of all sorts, baking, and going out to eat.
