Joyscape Therapy is a small company with a unique model; we use play-based, naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis to serve kids, adolescents, and teens with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive ABA, and are incredibly proud of the high-quality services we provide.

What sets us apart:

At Joyscape Therapy, both BCBA-level and Master’s-level clinicians implement the 1:1 direct therapy to ensure high-quality treatment is being performed. This means there are no RBTs within our company model. We aim to provide the best child-directed ABA for our clients, many of whom were referred to us after poor experiences in the past. We love being able to introduce families to the idea of what effective, ethical ABA services can look like!

We have a very special team, and strive to make Joyscape just as special of a place to work. Our staff are fully in-charge of creating their schedule and their caseload, to allow for maximum flexibility and work-life balance. We continuously help our team members grow their knowledge, and frequently meet with one another to collaborate. The company is very much shaped by its employees, by each person’s ideas, contributions, and passions.
