Samantha Hightower, M.Ed., BCBA

Administrative Manager, Behavioral Program Director & Project Manager

Samantha “Sam” Hightower has been in the field for 10 years and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2019.

In 2013, Sam was fortunate to find a position providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, ages 2-12, and their parents/caregivers for home, school, and center-based services. Her passion for the field continued to grow as she worked her way to a Program Director position where she gained experience supervising behavior technicians, treatment planning, report writing, and developing behavior intervention plans. Through her work, Sam enjoys helping clients achieve independence, develop new skills, effectively communicate, and provide support to parents. Sam loves to dive into research and apply it to everyday life. Her favorite skills to teach are sleep behavior, social skills, and executive functioning skills.

Outside of work, Sam likes to spend time with family, find new parks with her children, and explore the outdoors!
