Julie Ong, M.A., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Julie Ann A. Ong stumbled upon the field of ABA in 2013. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she began her career as a behavior technician in the Central Valley, Fresno area where she served children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as well as other developmental disabilities. There, Julie Ann fell in love with the field. She later pursued her master’s degree in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and acquired her certification in February 2021.

Julie Ann has always had a passion for working with children/adolescents and values interdisciplinary approaches. She has also provided support for individuals in various settings: in homes, schools, day cares, community, and clinics. She is most passionate about collaborating with families and other disciplines, focusing on children/family values and reaching meaningful outcomes through parent coaching and play-based, child-directed learning.

During her down time, Julie Ann enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading, watching movies, listening to audiobooks, singing, cooking/baking, and going on hiking adventures with her family and friends.
