Rachel Overstreet, M.S., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Rachel Overstreet has been working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020. Rachel has experience in early intervention, severe behavior, transition to adulthood, family engagement, autism and other developmental disabilities. Rachel has provided support in home, clinic, school, and community settings. 

Rachel has worked with clients aged 2-22 and derives a sincere passion for helping support individuals with autism and other developmental disorders learn meaningful skills from her lifelong experience with her brother with Autism. Supporting him in day camps, school, and through his transition into adulthood has helped continually inspire her to support others navigating these milestones. 

Rachel has a special interest in supporting families navigate the unique challenges of puberty and transitioning to adulthood and preparing from a young age to embrace these challenges head-on and support skill development that fosters understanding and independence.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending as much time outside as possible hiking, camping, or picnicking with her dog. She also enjoys watching movies, cooking, baking, and spending time with loved ones.
