Marissa Noyer, M.S., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Marissa is a BCBA who has worked in the field of ABA since 2017, partnering with children and families across home, clinic, and community settings. She brings a thoughtful, relationship-centered clinical approach informed by Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) principles, along with strong experience in clinical supervision and collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams.

Marissa discovered her passion for ABA during her early training while working alongside behavior analysts, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and clinical psychologists. She was inspired by the opportunity to blend science and creativity to make learning engaging, meaningful, and empowering for each learner.

Throughout her career, Marissa has served as both a Behavior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, leading treatment planning, supervising clinical teams, and collaborating closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary professionals. Her experience in medical and neurological settings has strengthened her holistic and thoughtful approach to care.  Her favorite moments in the field involve helping clients build independence and confidence while supporting families through collaborative, compassionate care.

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys traveling, attending concerts, exploring new cafés, and spending quality time with her husband, friends, family, and her beloved maltipoo, Coco.
