Jennifer Rillamas, M.A., BCBA, LMFT
Behavioral Program Director
Jennifer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who brings a compassionate, relationship-based approach to her work with children and families. She has worked in the mental and behavioral health field since 2015 in a variety of settings, including in-home, schools, community mental health clinics, and private practice. Jennifer earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute in 2020 and received her BCBA certification in 2023.
Jennifer specializes in early intervention, social-emotional skill development, and caregiver coaching. Her dual licensure & certification allows her to integrate principles of emotional regulation, communication, and attachment into her behavioral work — helping families build stronger, more connected relationships. She is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, play-based, and trauma-informed care that supports each child’s unique strengths. Jennifer is not afraid to be silly and loves using the power of play as a means for learning.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, painting, doing puzzles, making candles, and crafting with her Cricut. She is also a proud cat mom to Penny, Panda, Honu, & Kea.
