Administrative Director

Hanh is thrilled to be part of the Joyscape Admin Team. Born and raised in San Jose, California, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. During college, a psychology professor introduced her to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), sparking a passion that would shape her career.

After graduation, Hanh began working as a Registered Behavioral Technician, supporting children aged 5–16 in home, school, and center-based settings. Over time, she transitioned into an administrative role, where she developed expertise in insurance and the day-to-day operations of ABA services. With over ten years of administrative experience, Hanh remains committed to making a positive impact in the ABA community.

Outside of work, Hanh enjoys hiking, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with her husband and kids. She loves to travel and is always looking forward to her next adventure.
