Administrative Director

Hanh has been in the administrative field since 2013 and is thrilled to be a part of Joyscape, where she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and client focused operations as Administrative Director. Originally from San Jose, California, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. It was there that a psychology professor introduced her to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, igniting a lifelong passion for the field.

Hanh began her career as a Registered Behavioral Technician, supporting children and teens in a variety of settings including home, school, and center-based programs. Her firsthand experience delivering ABA services gives her a deep appreciation for the work of clinicians and the needs of families. This background has proven invaluable as she transitioned into administrative leadership, where she has spent the past several years building expertise in insurance coordination, scheduling, compliance, and day-to-day operations.

As a member of the Joyscape Admin Team, Hanh is known for her collaborative spirit, problem solving skills, and commitment to supporting both clients and staff. In her current role as Administrative Director, she leads with empathy, efficiency, and a strong focus on service excellence. She takes pride in streamlining systems, guiding her team, and helping ensure that every family receives the care and support they deserve.

Outside of work, Hanh enjoys hiking, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and kids. A passionate traveler, she’s always planning her next adventure.
