Amanda O’Neill, MA, BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Amanda has worked for a local school district serving children from TK-8th grade for 15+ years.  She has worked with students in general education, mild moderate, and intensive needs programs.  She designed protocols to reduce unwanted behaviors while using replacement behaviors to increase success in the learning environment.

Amanda became interested in child development when she had her first child.  She moved on to  psychology from her exposure to child development courses.  While attaining her bachelor’s degree, Amanda discovered the field of applied behavior analysis and felt that she had found a great fit.  Behaviorism made so much sense, and she saw how it affected positive change in student’s lives.

During her free time Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and pets.  She also likes to watch international shows, play games, and go on walks
