Our Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Jennifer has worked in the mental health field since 2015 in various capacities and settings, including in-home, schools, community mental health clinics, and private practice. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2020 from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2023. Jennifer specializes in helping children, adolescents, and families navigate challenges related to anxiety, autism, behavioral concerns, trauma and more. She offers a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

  • Individual counseling sessions provide a safe and supportive space for children and adolescents to express themselves, build coping skills, and work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, life transitions & more. Our approach is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

  • Family dynamics play a key role in a child’s emotional well-being. Parent-child or family therapy can help families strengthen communication and connection, and navigate conflict or behavior challenges together. Sessions focus on building understanding, fostering emotional attunement, and creating lasting positive change in the home.

  • Joyscape offers individualized parent training by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Individualized parent training focuses on relationship-building, emotional regulation, and practical strategies for navigating daily challenges at home.

We do not accept insurance at this time for our LMFT services.

We offer a monthly Superbill for clients to submit for potential insurance reimbursement.
